Challenge

Shake the Portuguese music community with something intense that symbolizes the quality and talent of the new “Portuguese blood” – since 2004 Worten supports the Portuguese music. Also building a brand through young consumers creating a real connection with the Portuguese culture & music, showing social responsibility and leave a mark and value for the future: make history!

Strategy

To promote Rock Rendez Worten Summer Festivals (RRW) we created an integrated media and buzz marketing campaign within the top social networks and community website. Also mobile presence at Vodafone live! portal.

We developed viral content among a youth segment about the Garage Bands competition in order to create Buzz and WOM, such as MSN Emoticons (Personal Expressions) for both Mobile and web usage.

We also wanted to drive traffic to RRW website and display ads were designed. Within Worten’s Wap Site, ring tones and videos were available to be download.

Results

  • Over 124 millions banner views and over 587.000 clicks. From those 507.000 accessed the site.
  • Regarding the mobile wap 1.3 milion were impacted and there were over 580.000 clicks.
